Start with one park stop
Orleigh Park at 68 Hill End Terrace has playgrounds, picnic facilities, taps and toilets listed by Council. Choose one main activity and leave time for the journey home.
Our Orleigh Park guide lists facilities and bookable areas. Toilet availability does not confirm baby-change facilities, and this guide has not independently checked pram access. Ask Council about any essential access needs.
Check the library program for your child’s age
Use Council’s library events and programs to find a session, then check the venue, age guidance, date and booking requirement. An old event listing is not a promise of a weekly session.
Read the West End Library hours before planning an indoor stop. The branch is closed Sundays and public holidays under its published regular schedule.
Keep the market plan flexible
The Saturday market has seasonal closing times. Our market visitor guide covers hours and arrival information. Food, purchases and travel can add up, so set the outing budget before leaving.
If adding Orleigh Park, treat it as a second destination and plan that journey separately.
