How to request a booking
Council’s park booking guide sets a two-hour minimum, with sites generally bookable from 8am to 7pm. Booking fees apply. The application asks about your event and expected attendance; Council says it responds within 10 business days.
Choose the site, check the current charges and prepare any supporting documents before applying. Include a request for vehicle access if you need to deliver equipment onto park grounds. Council assesses the request; submitting a form is not a confirmed booking.
